Overview of Comparative Learning Theories

Understanding learning theories has expanded my approach to Instructional Design and the Development of Course Content. I can recognize, differentiate, and assess the learning styles and needs of participants. I can tailor my instructional processes to optimize learning outcomes. I am prepared to use Project-Based Learning, Experiential Learning Strategies, and mid-level Gamification to engage, empower, and facilitate the success of participants. Learning the theory has provided contextual background and support for my approach to design. It has broadened my perspective and enhanced my ability to meet learner needs. I can't wait to apply my new skills. Come see what I have learned...
